Unfortunately, no. If you have no replacement on-hand, we would be the one buying the replacement parts and we would be billing you for it.

We will only know once we see it and even if we did, we also have to consider if your appliance/ machine needs any parts to be replaced, we will have to return again after we have purchased any replacement parts needed (because some parts are not locally available and we'd have to order it online. Shipments will vary in this case).

We don't require downpayment immediately because we only require payment after the service. But there will be some instances that we might require a customer to pay a downpayment based on the "project".

Yes, we offer a 7 days (1 week) warranty from the time that repair was made. Warranties are the parts that we have replaced.

Yes, we accept manage service provider for commercial businesses. We do require a contract. Please contact us for more details.
